Corporate Events in Buda Castle
For a corporate event in Buda Castle you can choose anything from a 10-seat private room to a hall for several hundred guests, most with in-house catering. For December evenings, request proposals in the autumn.
Year-end and Christmas dinners
The large spaces of the Castle fill up early for December. The Royal Riding Hall gathers up to 300 guests in one room, the eight spaces of Aranybástya can be hired separately or together for up to 350, and the Lipót Room of the Royal Guard seats 80 for dinner. Ask for proposals as early as the summer.
Conferences and press events
Theatre style: the Royal Riding Hall (300), the Aranybástya Theatre Hall (120, with a stage and a projector), Várkert Bazár (512 tiered seats), Mercure Budapest Castle Hill (300), Budai Vigadó (289) and the ceremonial hall of the National Széchényi Library (190). For a press conference the Miklós Room of the Royal Guard takes 30 with its own entrance.
Galas and awards
The Effie Awards Hungary gala is held at the Royal Riding Hall (2023 to 2025). Várkert Bazár hosted the Office of the Year awards (2025) and the Randstad Award gala (2023). See gala and awards venues.
Board dinners and meetings
Aranybástya Library Room (24 at one long table, fireplace, windows towards Parliament), the private room at Jamie's Italian (27 guests, with a projector), Hilton meeting rooms, and Hotel Clark's meeting rooms for 8 and 14 with a view of the Chain Bridge.
Product launches and brand events
Xiaomi launched the REDMI Note 17 series at Várkert Bazár in September 2026. The Royal Riding Hall offers its own brand-launch package. Two cars can be displayed at the Leo Bistro entrance and one on the Leo Rooftop. See product launch venues.
