Christmas Party Venues in Buda Castle
For a company Christmas dinner in Buda Castle there are private rooms for 20, restaurants for 80 to 100 and halls for 300 guests, most with in-house kitchens. Request proposals in the autumn for December evenings.
By group size
- Above 200 guests: the Royal Riding Hall for up to 300; Aranybástya as a whole house, 350 at a standing reception.
- 80 to 200 guests: the Royal Guard, above 200 in the building; the Aranybástya Hanging Garden, 130 seated; the Aranybástya Exhibition Space, 100 seated.
- Under 80 guests: the Lipót Room of the Royal Guard, 80; the Aranybástya Panorama Terrace, 80; the Aranybástya Library Room, 30; the Miklós Room of the Royal Guard, 30.
Winter-proof spaces
- In winter Aranybástya puts up three climate-controlled igloos: two on its Panorama Terrace, for 24 guests each, and a large one in the Hanging Garden, for up to 40 guests.
- The Royal Riding Hall is an enclosed, heated hall, so it takes 300 guests in winter too.
- The interiors of the Royal Guard are rebuilt in period style, and the Lipót Room seats 80 for dinner.
