Who receives your data?
The venues you select. The venues you tick in the enquiry form receive your enquiry and process it as independent controllers to prepare their proposals. If you tick “Request more proposals”, other Buda Castle venues that match your requirements may also receive it; we will tell you by email exactly which ones.
Processors: hosting and email: Domdom Kft. (enquiries are handled by email and in a log stored on our hosting; if we introduce a CRM system, we will name it here); analytics and advertising: Google Ireland Ltd., Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (only with your consent).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to info@budacastlevenues.com; we reply within one month.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., phone: +36 1 391 1400, email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, or go to court.
