This guide covers 37 venues that can be hired for events in the Castle District, the Royal Palace and at the foot of Castle Hill, from the 8-seat meeting rooms of Hotel Clark to the Royal Riding Hall and the Hilton Budapest ballroom.

The Hilton Budapest ballroom takes 600 according to the hotel's room list, the Várkert Bazár event hall has 512 tiered seats, Aranybástya takes 350 at a standing reception, and the Royal Riding Hall 300 standing, at round tables or in theatre style.

On Aranybástya's Private Terrace, on the Danube and Margaréta terraces of the Fisherman's Bastion Restaurant, at Hilton Budapest, in the IDA Bistro garden and in hired courtyards of the Royal Palace.

Among others, Aranybástya, the Fisherman's Bastion Restaurant, LÁNG at Hilton Budapest, the Hungarian National Gallery terraces, the Castle Museum's Gothic Hall, the Savoy Terrace and the Várkert Bazár Danube Terrace.

By bus 16 or 216, on foot from Clark Ádám tér, or by car to the Castle Garage, from where a lift goes up to Csikós Court. An electric castle bus can be booked for larger groups.

It depends on the venue. Aranybástya, the Royal Guard and the Royal Riding Hall cook in-house, Várkert Bazár works with exclusive partners, and the Hungarian National Gallery recommends catering partners.
